Thanks for the nice article. I’m a longtime PCC member and a passionate fan of my View Ridge location. PCC is the one grocery retailer I store at and I am going there twice per week.
From a buyer perspective, let me say that staff are the soul of PCC and needs to be paid in addition to potential. If crucial, go away the glamorous headquarters, lower the CEO’s $500,000 wage in half, and cease creating fancy new shops. We clients have an interest within the natural merchandise and wholesome merchandise PCC delivers, not in frills and glitz.
Please do not let our beloved PCC fail as a result of it forgot its mission to offer clients with entry to the very best wholesome meals obtainable. Blissful staff create completely happy clients.
